Review for Sterling University Glades Apartments

The outside is very nice and colorful. The ammenities, such as the gym, pool, and computer lab, are very nice, the pool especially is beautiful. There's always parking, and guests don't get towed.

I live in a 4-2 and it is very small and cramped, especially for what you are paying. You can definitely get a much, much larger, nicer apartment for the money. Ours came furnished. The furniture is so nasty and old. Our couch has busted springs that poke really bad when you sit on it. They promised 4 bar stools; we only got 2 and they are broken. My bedframe was also broken for the first few months. The bedroom furniture is ugly and bulky. When I was moving it around, I found the previous tenants underwear behind it. When we first moved in, we spent a whole day cleaning because there was still crumbs and gross food stuff from the previous tenants. The fire alarm randomly goes off in the middle of the night for no reason!

Basically, there are a ton of reasons not to live here.
