Review for Sun Bay Apartments

We have a $277 electric bill for 20 days time and we didn't even have the A/C running 1/3 of that! We are energy conserving and still had an outrageous bill! Maintenance is slow as shit. You'll never get things fixed. We had a hole about 2 feet by 5 feet above our shower for 4 months! Everytime the people upstairs took a shower water poured into our tub and on the floor and you couldn't use the toilet because water would fall on you! Horrible place to live! If you want to live in a dump and don't mind living in health hazzard conditions, then this is the perfect place for you! We went without A/C for a week in the middle of summer. It was over 100 degrees in our apartment and it nearly killed all our animals! Good luck.
