Cannot refer these apartments. No one addresses concerns regarding safety, parking, cleanliness, noise, general unhappiness with the apartments. But, they will uphold their end regarding Money... <P>
After you pay the one months lease break fee, two more months of rent (whether you are still living there or not) they demand you leave the electricity in your name and refuse to put the water back into their name until your 60 days have expired. So, you still can't move on with your life because you have to keep coming back and checking the apt. and paying the money to divorce them. <P>
Recommend you have an attorney read the lease and check with the police department to review crime in the complex before you decide to rent at Ocean Reef At Sea Walk Point. <P>
