Looks like this is the worst of all hyatts. The diningroom management is awful. Even with the new Mgr. John DiPalo. Seems no one under him understands there job. The food is pretty bad compared to other classic residences I have visited. Also the food is way over priced for what they serve. I would not recommend this particular place.
