Bad Attitude Office Staff And Poor Maintenance Com

The bad attitude of the office staff towards basic maintenance have made this place an uncomfortable place to live.
Everything was fine until the rains on the hurricane season arrived. My bedroom carpet was wet everytime it rained. When I reported the problem, it took two days for someone to LOOK at the carpet. They refused to perform a mold test. It was advised that there was a problem with the roof and it will be fixed. Two weeks went by before the rains came again. I called the office again and found out that no one followed up with the roof. Now it looks like I can be responsible for the wet carpet when I move out because they are unwilling to give notation of the ongoing problem.
