Review for Park Colony Apartments

it is an unsafe community, the staff is unprofessional, the maintenance is very late and they don't fix things properly, they charge you fees for cleaning the carpet afetr they tell you at the begenning of the lease that you have new carpet and new painting in every apartment, they tell you that they will send collectors after you and then they will paint the walls and change the carpet with your money, not because is a standard procedure for them. Some apartments were broken into and some cars were stolen from the parking lot, the gate works for a month and is broke for 4-5, they never fix things properly. when we moved in, the a/c leaked and we had to call and talk to them for a few days before the maintenance guy came and told us that it isn't smelling, he is congested but he is sure it isn't smelling bad, but it smelled like garbage in there because of the water that leaked and when he put his hand on a pipe of the a/c, the pipe broke and then he patched it somehow. this is an example of how they treat you. i wouldn't recommend this community to anybody. i'm sure there are better places to live in.
