Beach Villas is located on Beach Boulevard, just off of Interstate 295. The premises is right next door to Florida State University’s South Campus, so the location might be perfect for students. Residents are a short trip from Bowl America, should they want to go bowling. Tenants also enjoy convenient proximity to Arby’s, Mamma Lucia, Dollar Tree, CVS, Winn-Dixie, Krystal, Wells Fargo, Pizza Hut, Checkers Drive-In, and more. Residents have left a number of positive reviews for Beach Villas. Commander Apartments is situated on St. Johns Avenue, right on the banks of the St. Johns River. Residents enjoy close proximity to Downtown and nearby Boone Park with its tennis complex. Right down the street are a number of restaurants and bars tenants may take advantage of for a night out, such as Eclipse, Terry’s Kitchen, and Bagel Love. Tenant reviews have been favorable for Commander. A number of reviewers have been critical of the complex for being a bit loud and having less than ideal security, but these faults seem to be offset by kind and courteous staff and effective management. Courtney Manor Apartments is on Collins Road in Southwestern Jacksonville. The premises is right down Collins Road from a number of eateries and shopping locations, including: McDonald’s, CVS, Shogun Steak & Seafood, Springleaf Financial, and Larry’s Giant Subs. Tenant reviews have noted that the office staff does not make its fee policy clear and some renters feel the staff does not maintain the grounds or appliances effectively. Residents enjoy a plethora of nearby points of interest, including: Subway, Jacksonville Public Library, Bono’s Pit BBQ, Best Buy, Panda Express, Pei Wei Asian Diner, and Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse; and this is just a snippet of the options nearby. Tenants reviews have been quite favorable for Arelia James Island. A number of reviews praise the management for being very kind and helpful.
