Close by are a number of places residents may be interested in, such as: Papa John’s Pizza, Whataburger, Pet Supermarket, Wendy’s, Signature Salon, and Woody’s BBQ. Residents have expressed concern about the building's structure and report trouble with appliances. Residents can grab a bite at the nearby McDonald's, Pizza Hut, or Marco Polo & Mongolian Barbecue. Even more options are available right across the bridge, in addition to several local parks. Located in the Greater Arlington area, the Commons on Anniston Road offers tenants multiple locations for shopping close to the city. Just a half mile from the premises is Regency Plaza. Here, renters can dine at Carrabba's Italian Grill or shop at Burlington Coat Factory. For the child in you or your family, Chuck E. Cheese’s is in the plaza as well. Regency Square Mall is merely a mile from the Commons; it is one of the largest malls in the area, featuring stores like Victoria's Secret, JCPenny, American Eagle, and Sears. The Commons is also quite close to an onramp to I-295. Situated alongside the St. Johns River, Casa Del Rio St. Johns affords residents easy access into the city, as well as Jacksonville University. Students are able to walk to classes, as academic buildings at Jacksonville University are less than a half mile away. Families with young children will enjoy the proximity to Fort Caroline Elementary School.
