Management will screw you to the wall. You may encounter the following and maybe more: flooding from upstairs neighbors twice within a year, toilets that become non-functional (because of a community-wide plumbing problem that they won't fix) about once a month for a day or two, broken microwave that doesn't get replaced for three months, multiple break-ins, upstairs neighbors with five kids and tiled floors. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING! Not only do you put up with this crap, they will screw you with outrageous cleaning fees and will want you to buy their new carpet. We are being left with an $1800.00 balance to fix carpeting and for "cleaning fees." Do not move here until you have money to waste and want to live in hell.
