Review for Bentley Green Apartments

I lived out my lease here for 7 months. There are a lot of undesirable thug-like characters in the complex. Right before I left, they sent out a newsletter saying that there had been 2 sexual assaults in the next connected complex, Princeton Square, then they said that they were going to consider putting a JSO office on site and its not because of the sexual assaults! Right! Management was okay. they always fixed everthing promptly for me. Office employees were very lax though. The grounds are kept beautifully, but they desperately need to paint the buildings. I work in Baymeadows as well and happen to know that the apartments behind Calico Jacks is all section 8. Also BG has some section 8 living in some of the units. Section 8 residents usually bring rif raf.
