Review for Chase Oakes Apartments

I can't even begin to explain all of the problems we've had with this place. First, there was trouble getting our lease together and then they blamed it on us, which is crazy because we did everything we were asked to do, when we were asked to do it. Then our apartment was disgusting. Our shower leaks and it has taken them 7 MONTHS and several trips to FINALLY repair it. Our garbage disposal and dishwasher have never worked properly and we have asked to have them fixed several times and it hasn't been done. The management seems helpful when you come to look at an apartment but after that they basically do not care. The pools are also very dirty. There's also a lot of crime. Cars getting broken in to and apartments getting broken in to and management has done little to stem those crimes. Just don't live here. Seriously.
