If you enjoy hearing your neighbors like you are with them..enjoy molding on your bathroom ceiling, like your air conditioner to leak and not be fixed for days.. If you like to have things not working.. no hot water for days.. and have your bathroom ceiling cave in.. then this is the place to live!!
