When we first moved in it was a means to an end. The apartment was small, the air conditioning was filled with dust and leaked. There was mold under ther sinks, the toilet leaked and the pipes were rusty. We couldn't even drink the water, there was sediment in it and an oily residue. We had to call more than once to get rid of the wasps nest that was in the wash room, and when they came all they did was spay it with bug spray and leave, needless to say we still had a wasp out there. From the time we moved in to he time we left everyone on the staff had been replaced, with the exception of one maintence guy. The laundry room had 1 to 2 washers or dryers working at any given time. The pool was hardly ever clean, and the bathroom near it was like something out of a horror movie. Not to mention there was only one dumpster in the entire area for 200 plus apartments, that was always overflowing by the time it was supposed to picked up. Needless to say, it wasn't a very pleasent place to live, the main reason we moved was when a neighbor of ours was mugged at gun point just outside the parking lot.
