When i moved in the apt was a disaster, there was a leak in the ceiling, the carpet had over a 100 stains, the counters were all nicked up and scratched. when i approced them about this they commited to fixing them, after 3 mths of being on them to fix the things, they come out to fix the leak first, the guy stood on my couches to fix the leak n i had dry wall stuff all over my things. and when if was "finished" it still leaked. the second time they finally fixed it but was still was a visible "old problem" in the ceiling, then they come out to clean the carpets after being on them for months... the stains reappeared within a week. i told them of this problem they refused to replace the carpet and never came out to clean them again. the counters and cabinets were resurfaced but the ending product was the lowest line of work.
I am a single 19yr old female that lived in their 1b/1b on the second fl. i worked late at night so when i came home it was pitch black, and constantly the main runway lights in the main halls were constantly out which was a huge safety issue for me as i couldnt see anything behind the apt and anyone or anything could have hidden. i would call their 24/7 service line and no one would answer until like the 3-4 call finally u would tell them the problem it would take them days to fix. and it would be fine for like 1-2 wks and the same problem would happen.
the management is not there for your service.
Now i can say that the enviornment is nice landscape wise and the pool was ok.
Now when i moved out they told me when signing the lease all i had to do was clean the bathroom and kitchen. so when i left i made sure that the kitchen was clean and the bathroom and i even left the rest of the apt clean as well. so i expected my deposit back. instead i get a letter stating they took the deposit and they needed $25 more for leaving a couple bags of trash by the door and a couple drinks in the fridge. im sorry but you dont need 125 dollars to throw a couple tings out.
i was very dissatisfied with my year of stay at this apt complex and i would definitly not recommend this to ANYONE. the rent is outragous for what they offer. and the maintenece sucks. the management could care less about how your stay was or anything to better their business.
this specific place their management links with each other and corporate so if you have an issue they all team up on you and make sure your wrong and dont fix the problem when really it was a serious problem.
all is can say is dont move here there are so many other places in jacksonville worth your time and money. this one is DEFINITLY NOT!!!
i knew many people in this complex that moved in around the same time as myself. and they can vouch for the same problems so it happens to everyone here!
