?Have lived at Cypress Cove for more than seven years.
In the last few years I have had numerous problems.
My hot water heater has broken about three times, flooded the apartment below. Flooded my
armament, and they take little interest in repairing it.
The airconditioning never works correctly in hot weather. This issue has never been addressed.
The dishwasher leaks. Parts are missing. Siding falling off the apartment.
Had an electric scooter that was ridden to walmart and all over the place. It was continually
vandalized, and in a conversation with management, in came out that the management was
responsible for this. They did not want old men riding electric scooters at the apartment complex!
Had to get rid of the scooter.
Had a bicycle that was ridden to walmart, the apartment post office, and the manager’s office
frequently.
Management stole it and tossed it in the dumpster. With no warning. Have had many different
reasons for this, none logical or legal.
Any problems I have had, the management has been down right uncooperative and hatefull. They
state, “We treat all tenants alike!” And I believe that!
Moving vans are in the parking lost frequently. All moving out, almost none moving in. None
stays their lease. Or very few.
