The property is owned by CLK Multifamily Management, not CALEX. But they have the same problems. CALEX is pretty good, they just can't seem to keep good technicians, typical of corporations. I spoke to a couple of them. They're overworked and underpaid. It's the same with the leasing agents, who have to deal with irate tenants because it takes so long to fix problems. These corporations need to support the people on the front lines.
