Let me start by saying the front office staff here is a JOKE! The manager Whitney is a fat slob who lives in the apartments and drives her car to work.. She is so lazy. I often go into the office to ask questions to the "receptionist" who is usually chatting away on her personal cell phone, and Whitney usually proceeds to YELL answers out of her back offive. That is oh so professional! We put in a claim for maitence the day we moved in back in July and gues what its February and they still havent answered it! There is never any parking spots, one lady actually had a POD(Portable On Demand Storage unit) set up which took up a few spots. The dumpsters here are absolutley disgusting and are always over-flowing with tons of trash.
Now let me get to the actual apartment... which is of very low quality construction. The walls and even front door are paper thin. You can head every thing your neighbors are doing and saying. You will never be able to take a nice hot shower here because you NEVER get hot water, so be prepared for many cold morning showers.
And the number one most disgusting thing about this place... is the ROACHES! They took over our apartment. You could go out into the kitchen in the middle of the night and there will be at least 30 cock roaches running around on the floor and the counters. We often seen them running in and out of the electrical outlets in the walls. And this is by far the nastiest thing I have ever seen in my life.. We have a laptop that we were using one night and three roaches crawled out from the INSIDE OF THE LAPTOP.
