The Waterford Apartments in Mandarin are awful. I have lived here for just over a year. The security gates never work. The people who live in the apartment complex are disrespectful to others things. Car vandalism, robberies inside the apartments, gunmen approaching people as they walk from their cars to their apartments demanding money (happened two different times in my building within one month), the lights outside never work and three months after I moved in I asked for them to fix my refrigerator and they haven't fixed it yet a year later. The water pipes are always breaking. I have ruined good clothes in the washing machine due to the pipes breaking in the middle of a cycle. I am not stretching the truth when I say the water is out three to four times a week here. I have had to use bottle water to wash my hands and brush my teeth numerous times. Usually when the water goes out it takes them four to five hours to fix it. They charge 33-dollars a month for water and that is ridiculous since it's not even working half the time. I am in the process of finding a new apartment far from here. I have lived a lot of places and this apartment complex is by far the worst.
