first off they charge you an arm in a leg to live in there roach infested apartments. not to mention the office people have no clue on how to run management or anything else for that matter. I've lived here for 2 years now and they've been under different management and promised that things were going to get so much better. well its gotten worse. they'll let anyone live here and it doesnt matter who or how many it seems. Gated community yeah right what gate? Maintenance is a joke things get done when the maintenance people are through conversating with the tenants and trying to "hook up" . Its not professional at all and its definitely not 24 hour maintenance. people are at the pool doing god knows what at all hours of the night and have no respect for others who arent slackers and actually have respectable jobs. I've put in work order after work order and nothing gets done, i went out and bought a blind because when i moved in i was told there would be one and 3 mos. go by and i got tired of asking. then someone stole my screened in back porch blind and it took 4 mos. for them to put on back on half assed mind you. Mold inspection???? hello they need to plow these apartments down an re-build. mold grows on my walls and they still dont do anything. I have an inspector comming next week. i will keep in touch and inform all who need and deserve to know.
