I called my bank the other day and after I verified my address the man said that he used to live here and went on and on about how he got "screwed" by the management here. I don't have time to go into the details, but suffice to say in the city of JAX these apartments have a notoriously bad reputation and it seems that the only people who move here are people who go through the website and are coming in from out of the country or another state, like myself. I've learned a hard, cold lesson in renting. I wish I had known about this site beforehand.
