Initially the response was good however after 2 - 3 months There is no proper response from the maintenance staff when you go with the problem for i simply rate as pathetic. Secondly for mantenance they make you feel as if they are doing a favour to you. For what option i have as i have signed bond (aggreement with you) I am not saying this because of grudge but in my 6 months of experience each of my problem i have to go around their office personally 5 to 6 times. Each time there is a new person handling and ask you all over again and he opens a new order and says that our person will be there. And out of frustration you go again then you dont find the same person, so ask the new staff then you end up telling your problem story from the beggining and he cant trace the discussion or problem you told the previous guy so he starts all over again. this has been the story till you show your frustration and they lmake you feel that you are a bad guy.
I am also writing this to the management that there is a kind of workers dissatisfaction which is obvious as they respond. Ofcourse this is your internal matter but as a resident this is impacting us all.
