So many people seem to come here and get swindled into thinking this place is clean and professional. If you think so, you've got a rude awakening in store. While the lease office people might be friendly, have complimentary snacks and drinks, and ensure everything is wonderful and theres this multimillion dollar renovation going on, don't be surprised if once you move it, everything seemingly vanishes.
Everything is made to look expensive and well taken care of, but look around. Theres ghetto project housing RIGHT NEXT DOOR! Who use the laundry rooms because AIMCO personel willingly sell them laundry cards. People have broken into the mailboxes, AIMCO can't manage to get statements out on time or have them accurate, but they expect you to GUESS how much your water bill is, since it SHOULD be included, but have the time isn't and then they slap you with late fees to boot.
Then theres the latino party going on all night long, every night. Its so loud and the only thing more annoying is the constant sound of the dumpster trucks running by your apt every single night, excluding wednesday.
This place has all these ridiculous 'luxuries' they charge you an arm and a leg for, and yet, nothing works right and every time they fix something, it takes them forever and they use the cheapest methods possible. Plus theres a overabundance of bug issues even for Florida.
This place shouldnt cost a single penny more than the govt housings that are you neighbors, but it does.... probably three times more expensive and face it, this is still the ghetto. They trample through the entire complex and the security is a joke and you never see them.
