I have called maintenance and submitted trouble tickets on their website four times with still no resolution. My next door neighbor moved out and since then I have found 6 roaches in my house and one of them was in my bedroom. Also there are several dark areas in the complex and on a routine basis cop cars will go tearing through the neighborhood looking for someone.
