I have gone to visit them several times before making my great decision. They are always friendly, nice and honest. I did the application they did the process in a matter of time and i got approved. They showed me several units that they had available and they all looked wonderful and they were just great in helping me. The other residents were very friendly everyone saying hi and waving to you. I really recommend that you come and check them out for yourself.

I haved lived here for a couple of months now, and it is so peaceful and tranquil! Yes, the apartments are older, but with age, comes advantages! The apartments are Very Spacious, They are Well Built and Well Maintained! I hear absolutely Nada when I am inside my apartment! It is always so clean, and well kept! The rent I pay here is so affordable, I can't believe it for everything I get here, It's AMAZING!
Quiet,safe,clean. The units are all updated with new appliances, lighting,accent walls, carpet and vinyl packages. Recent outside renovation of exterior so place looks great. Excellant location to get around Jax from the property. Great value and great maintenance!!!
