Commander Apartments is situated on St. Johns Avenue, right on the banks of the St. Johns River. Residents enjoy close proximity to Downtown and nearby Boone Park with its tennis complex. Right down the street are a number of restaurants and bars tenants may take advantage of for a night out, such as Eclipse, Terry’s Kitchen, and Bagel Love. Tenant reviews have been favorable for Commander. A number of reviewers have been critical of the complex for being a bit loud and having less than ideal security, but these faults seem to be offset by kind and courteous staff and effective management.
