Cypress Cove Apartments are nearby I-295 providing mobility around the city of Jacksonville. A short distance from Florida State’s South Campus affords students with a short 7 minute commute to and from classes. Located directly off of Route 10, Cypress Cove offers a 15 minute drive to Atlantic Beach. Reviewers comment on the inclusion of water and sewage into the cost of the apartments. While there are mixed reviews on maintenance staff, former residents have said the owners were able to make any necessary repairs residents needed. Families with young children have found it difficult to live in these apartments.
