Apartment Review for Heather Ridge

i have resided at heather ridge for about 4 months and have endured one problem after another! the management has repetitively lied to me and maintenance is unreliable. there is a lack of pest control and my apartment is swarming with roaches. my hot water constantly cuts off and my ceilings turned yellow from an old air conditioning unit. the plumbing in my kitchen was backed up, which took maintenance 3 days to fix. THIS HAS ALL OCCURRED IN 4 MONTHS!
