Apartment Review for Island Point

Please don't move here if you are looking for a good apartment community. I currently live here and can't wait until my lease is complete. They try to say that they've updated the units but they haven't. The kitchens are falling apart. The cabinet doors are a different color from the actual cabinets. Their solution to every problem is to add more caulk onto already old cracked caulk and they don't respond to maintenance requests at all. I have been requesting maintenance assistance for the past two months without resolution. They are in the process of renovating the leasing office for the second time in the year I've lived here but refuse to do anything to the units. They spend all their money on outward appearances but neglect the units. They lie in the management office, especially the old blonde haired manager and camie.
