Apartment Review for Kendall Lake Luxury Apartments

We were the first people to move into our building and all was well. The maintenance people were great and everything was just peachy. Then they just let anybody move in and the place just did a 180.00 They got rid of the maintenance staff so the landscaping inside went to **** while the outside was welcoming. The sprinkler system never worked so they just stopped using it all together. It's gated, but the gates rarelly worked the way they were supposed to. There was trash everywhere and place started becoming a ghetto, not very luxurious. They did not enforce parking rules. The pool was always closed. There was a dirt gated area which was supposed to be turned into a kiddie playground but after a year and half it's become a breading ground for ants with no playground. The inside was nice but if the apartment is next to the stairs then you will hear everybody walking up and down the stairs. The best part (in a bad way) is that when I got my security deposit back the check they gave me bounced....twice!!! It was nice when they first started out, but now it's a ghetto in the making. Oh yeah, they have a car wash station, but all the water sprayer does is let out a mist of water. I left in Feb. of 09 and they still had not fixed the water damage done the units from Tropical Storm Fay, stay away!!!
