Apartment Review for Madison At Bay Pointe

Worst apartment management we have ever dealt with. They do not care about the living conditions the tenants are facing! We are living with rats and pests. They are doing very very little to fix the problem and do not care that we have a child living in these conditions. They took one WHOLE month to lay traps down after we found a RAT in our kitchen. I have proof from pictures and will post them everywhere to warn future tenants to not waste your time or money in a infested apartment complex. There is more than one, we can hear them in the walls and ceiling. My son is scared to play in his room, and sleep in it. We left for a weekend out of town, to come back to our kitchen that had traces of rat blood on our KITCHEN floor! It had gotten stuck on a sticky pad and must have tried eating its way out. Then dragged the second trap to exit the kitchen underneath our sink. We have many horror stories and the new management is very unprofessional and rude!
