Apartment Review for The Enclave

I am almost done with my year here at The Enclave and I have experienced several issues with noise. There was a small dog in the apartment above mine that has barked day and night the ENTIRE time I have been living here. I have complained to the office on several occasions and the most they told me was that I have to take care of the problem myself. There have been several disruptive parties, one of which I had to call the police for because it was 2:00 AM on a Monday and I had a final the next day. Today there is a party sponsored by the complex for which the music is blasting through my apartment even though I am on the other side of the complex. If you are a serious student, especially a graduate student like myself, DO NOT LIVE HERE. It seems they are more concerned with making themselves a "party complex" than taking care of their residents.
