Apartment Review for The Enclave

My wife and I moved here in August from Kentucky and when we were given the tour of the model, I must say we were truly impressed....Then we moved in. So where do I even begin? Our apartment got broken into just a couple of months after moving in. It was unforced and the only people with access are the management and maintenance (hmmm). When we tried to let the management know and file a report, they did nothing but try to make excuses. The detective that we filed the report with informed us that there have been numerous break-ins in the past several months. Their response time to our questions and concerns has been non-existent. Our apartment has stained carpet. The walls are so thin that we hear our neighbors not only snoring but using the bathroom. The fitness room is full of broken equipment. The pool is always full of dirt and debris. There is dog feces scattered throughout the grass. The dumpster is always broken and trash is thrown all over the place. The gates are broken and the remotes for the gates work only half the time. To top it off, the fire and smoke alarms have gone off numerous times for no apparent reason. This is real fun when you have an infant trying to sleep at night and you have to rip him out of bed and go stand outside for hours. <P>
I could go on but you get the idea. We pay a LOT of money to live here and these the types of problems that we get in return. Take it from me and DO NOT live here. You will be sorely disapointed. <P>
