Everyone is very nice. I never had a problem. Husband and wife police officers live in complex. I have never even heard anyone arguing, not even the children that play outside. My rent averaged to be $632 a month after the free months rent and $500 cash visa card for 1 bedroom. Now that is a great deal!!!
