I have been living here for 2 years. I was not happy at all until new management came. They made some changes here!! I love my new a/c unit, also have new hot water, so I don't need to worry about hot water or a/c anymore. They evicted bad people, this property is much nicer and safe place to live. My friend just moved in here and they gave me $50.00 bonus!!

Tivoli is going Condo and I would highly suggest that you do not buy there. They have done work on every Baraldi style apartment and after seeing the extensive damage along with the lack of making all the repairs necessary, the damage they are leaving behind is unbelieveable. It is merely a patch job. Buyer beware!
