Apartment Review for Victoria Park Apartments

This apartment complex is the worst run apartments. The management staff constantly was changing while living there and the trash was never picked up for a month, Besides the horrible smell around the buildings, they are not up to code with living conditions. I would suggest no one to ever live there, especially if you have children!
