The apartments at Victoria Park at Mandarin offer a beautiful and peaceful setting. Surrounded by the lake and brimming with lots of things to do these Jacksonville FL apartments are just right for the person with an active lifestyle. You can take advantage of the onsite fitness center or take a swim in any of the two pools.

Here are some of the pluses before I get to the bad stuff: large rooms, quiet, nice price, some apartments have been updated with new appliances.
Now to the bad.
When i first visited my roommate three years ago, I was impressed by the apartment complex. The landscape was kept up. It seemed cozy. Last year I decided to move to Jacksonville and move in with her. We decided to stay here but move into a two bedroom. Now, the place looks like trash. The gate, jacuzzi, and fitness center doesn't work. All items that are suppose to draw you here. I thought when the new management company took over the place earlier this year, things would change. NOT! The leasing agents say they don't know when anything will be fixed.
