The apartment complex always looks like it has just been cleaned. There is never any garbage on the grounds and everything looks beautiful. The neighborhood is almost always peaceful and quiet. Should any problems come up maintenance is always around to help with the problem.

i moved in to the Villas as soon as they opened and have been happy here ever since. This small community is full of friendly neighbors, surrounded by beautiful apartments i cant say enough. The Villas is located close to shopping centers and schools and entertainment, also the beach. The staff at the Villas is top notch and always looking for ways to help or make your neighorhood the nicest place in jacksonville. The community is quiet and very enjoyable to live, I give this place a perfect 9 out of 10 its great.

Brand new, great location to my job on the Northside. Small community so the staff is very nice and knows everyone.
