Apartment Review for Waterford At Mandarin

i love living @ the Waterford, because it has become such a pleasent place to live.
Any maintenance issues are resolved within a day or less, very quite now, the new management are doing a terrific job. I would recomend anybody to come and live her. Near everything!!
