Roaches everywhere, when you move in! Rude staff,,,the staff is very rude specially their manager Jessica, every time you talked to her for any reason which was a complaint most of the times, she would roll up her eyes like staring at the ceiling,,,its so annoying and unprofessional. Maintenance sucks and when they do it is probably Saturday morning when you're trying to get your sweet and well deserved sleep after a long week at work then you wake up to the roar of the lawnmower right out of your window. They have this online rent pay service with a so called "convenience fee of 19.95" what a deal huh!!! go ahead and flush your money away down the toilet!
