Regency Square Mall and its proximity provide renters with access to establishments such as: Cracker Barrel, Subway, Sonic Drive-In, Target, Home Depot, Bank of America, Payless Shoes, Dress Barn, Goodwill, Michael’s, Fuji Sushi, and more. Many reviewers report trouble dealing with the staff and a long wait time when it comes to repairs. A few would like to see the grounds and units better taken care of. The complex’s location may be a perk, however.
