Apartment Review for Advenir Station@Springdale

This place is over charged, lack of Maintenance, you would have to call them three times before they come out to fix it,(i have a shower head that has been leaking for about two month) and you better hope they know how, and how to speak English. The management will act like you never called to place a work order, or act like they never knew it was completed or not. The grounds are OK, but it seems like every morning you wake up there were a pack of dogs that ran around the complex with garbage in their mouth. I will say one of the good thing about this place is that the walls and floor are pretty well insulated. The A.C. shakes the pipes in the wall, when you sleep it sounds like a Lil chopper is having over your apartment. i would not recommend anyone to come out here, make sure sure that all your appliances are some what new not things the were made back in 1989. <P>
