Apartment Reviews for Advenir Station@Springdale - Lake Worth

First of all, we have been living here for almost 2 years and our a/c has broken now for the 4th time. Maintenance takes their sweet time getting into the apartment to fix anything and when they finally do fix it it has to be fixed again in a couple weeks. They don't speak english and I believe that they fix anything ten times faster for the hispanic tenants. Our a/c is rusty and moldy and I have a 3 year that can't be around that crap. I'm fed up with this place and I can't break the lease. I was also told if I wanted to move out to a better apartment in the same complex it would be breaking the lease if I did it before the lease expired. That's just ridiculous. Our door doesn't close fully and our kitchen cabinets are messed up from when the upstairs apartment a leaky dishwasher. Not to mention taht our dryer makes a funny noise and doesn't dry very well. Just flat out ridiculous!!!
