Apartment Reviews for Carlton Arms Of Lakeland - Lakeland

Beautiful apartments and scenery here. Office staff is excellent and courteous. Maintenance is superb. Landscaping is breathtaking. The only complain that I have is the speeding and inconsiderate driving that goes on inside this complex. The posted speed limits and stop signs for the most part are ignored. Also the ones that abide by the rules are constantly being tail-gated and pressured into speeding. <P>
