I will be moving into these apartments on May 1st. When i came to apply for the apartments MiMi Wyatt greeted me with a friendly smile and got right to business. I'm getting a town house with 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and one half of bathroom for $748 and that including water. Also they have one month free rent. They are remodeling. they painting, landscaping and getting a new fitness center. I think so far everything seems good, but i will wait and see

I GOT ASSAULTED & ROBBED AT CHAPARRAL APTS BY GUN POINT
I GOT ROBBED AT CHAPARRAL APTS BY GUN POINT, MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED MANY TIMES. To top this off, the management that gave me the OK to leave the complex because I didn't feel safe there anymore ended up charging me $2340 for leaving early. Can you believe that? They sympathized with me because of the incident and then turned around and screwed me over. The robber took my house keys, car keys and all my money, I'D. and credit cards...I had to start all over. My story is on FOX website. I caution you not to live on this complex. They will ruin your credit as well. I'm trying to get a house now and because of them I'm having a difficult time. Please Please Please do not rent with these people. I warn you.
