Totally nonresponsive management and maintenance crew and grossly misleading in advertisements ... of 4 advertised pools, for more than 6 months now, only 1 has been open -- and this one had electrical/shock problems just last year; they do not have 24-hour maintenance as brochure states -- only hope you don't have major plumbing/ac problems over a weekend; be prepared to rent a room at local hotel while maintenance, management and corporate figure out cheapest way to bandaid -- and don't expect any one of them to call you to keep you apprised ...
