Apartment Reviews for Brampton Court - Lauderhill

This complex was condemned by the city of Lauderhill on 6/21/2010. The complex is unsafe and a fire hazard. All tenants are being moved out by Friday 6/25/10. Do not under any circumstances rent here. There are sure to be lawsuits and the property will probably go into fourclosure. This complex is a bad area with very high crime and the conditions at Brampton Court are worse then public housing. Roaches, rats, no working elevators, rotten stairs, fire hazard, gangs, thugs, it is horrible. If you are a section 8 holder, check with the city of Lauderhill for a list of quality apartments that accept vouchers.
