Apartment Reviews for Collegiate Hall - Lutz

with regards to the first post, learn to type and grow up. <P>
the complex overall isn't horrible, though there is room for improvement. you have to keep in mind that it's a COLLEGE apartment complex, so of course it's going to be louder, messier, and have less parking.. but overall, i'd say it's a lot better than other college apartments. <P>
the flats themselves are in good condition (at least mine was) and there's no real problems day to day, with the exception of messy floormates who leave trash in the hallway, but again.. college apartments. the noise level isn't too bad and if it becomes a problem, the courtesy officer actually does his job. <P>
the internet access is kind of up and down, but it's expected with wireless so get a router of your own if you have a problem with it. the computer lab is pretty bad right now, but really.. if you're going to complain about that, get your mommy to buy you a computer. <P>
my other big complaint is the amount of "stupid freshmen" living there. maybe they should make a junior+ rule to keep out all the rowdy freshmen who don't know how to behave. <P>
that's my opinion on this place. <P>
