Apartment Reviews for Colonial Park - Margate

Colonial Park is a well kept apartment complex. It has a mixture of all ages as residence. The community in itself is superior. There is a low crime rate, fast police response and close to Walmart/Publix. The property does not have a guard gate however it has controlled door access. A vistor would have to call the residence from the door to gain access in the apartment building. It prevented POP UPS by friends or family members.
