First impressions mean everything and from the moment I walked into the door of The Haven I was extremely impressed! I have had many transactions with the team here since my initial move-in and they have yet to disappoint. I have been greeted promptly and with a smile on every visit to the office. The application process was extremely thorough, which I appreciated. The staff (including maintenance personnel) is extremely professional and it is apparent they all take pride in their jobs and have a profound work ethic. The apartment was turned over to me in immaculate condition, the interiors are modern and desirable (there is even a jacuzzi tub option available in certain apartments) the grounds and amenities are kept clean and well maintained and my neighbors have all introduced themselves and made me feel welcome here. The team here goes above and beyond! They even personalized a bag of treats for my pup and leave me notes from time to time to make sure I have continued to enjoy my stay and asking me if I need anything. It feels good to know I made the right decision when I chose to make The Haven my home. Choosing an apartment home can be a difficult decision and you never really know what a community will be like until you actually move-in. I can tell you from experience that I am thoroughly enjoying living here and would highly recommend this community to anyone in search of a new home in the Melbourne area.
