Forest Place Apartments offer the best of high rise living. Parking is safely gated and the grounds include a landscaped pool area. Public transportation is a step away and the building is convenient to area parks and recreation. Individual units are generously sized, from 900 to 1200 square feet one or two bedroom. Fairway View apartments are one and two bedroom, from 805 - 947 square feet. The complex offers pool and playground and bbq and picnic areas. Within the apartment at Fairway View you will find modern appliances, refrigerators equipped with ice maker and washer and dryer. Close to Palmetto Expressway, I-75, Florida Turnpike, Miami International Airport, shopping centers, entertainment and fine dining. Within a short drive are Pembroke Pines, Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Sunshine Lakes Apartments are located right on a small peninsula that stretches out into Silver Blue Lake. It is west of I-95, and is near Miami Dade College-North Campus, so students may find the complex convenient housing. Nature surrounds the property with parks such as Little River, Gratigny Plateau, and Oak Park nearby. Prior to the remodeling in 2010, and there were a few residents who were frustrated with the condition of the apartments. In December 2010, a former tenant said the apartments were under construction and the existing apartments were remodeled to look and feel like new.
